I phoned them to see if a client was leaving and was told to block in another customer in front of tow away signs and a large roller door. I have fibromyalgia and the closest paid parking would have badly triggered a pain flare had I parked and walked. I wasn’t risking the cost of my car being towed or having to get out of the tank half way through to let another customer out. The person on the phone had little to say other then “um”. Disappointing experience all around - I naively assumed that due to advertising for chronic pain they ensured their facilities were accessible when it is far from it.
