Dunedin Craft Distillers is leading a sustainable revolution in the New Zealand Spirits Industry. The first distillery in Aotearoa (New Zealand) to turn surplus bread into premium spirits and liqueurs.

What began as a desire to find a use for the tonnes of bread ending up in local landfill each year has grown into an award winning distillery.

Conveniently located in the historic Otago Harbour Basin, the 1-hour Bread to Bottle Tour is a must do experience for any visitor to Dunedin. Guided by one of the founders or distillers, you will be taken through the working brewhouse and distillery, and discover the magic of turning bakery waste into delicious spirits and liqueurs. The tour concludes with a guided tasting.
