Highly recommended!
My husband and I are so lucky to find this tour last minute, we had such a great time. Our guide Doug is fabulous and super knowledgeable, from the type of grape, how its yield in different condition, and history of Marlborough wine region, he is the walking encyclopedia enthusiast to share the knowledge. All the winery has its development story, and the presenter are full of passion and proud with the product. This is a very special experience to both of us. it’s definitely broadened my horizon about New Zealand’s wine. This tour not only leave a blink in our trip, the joyous memories probably being rekindle every-time we have NZ wine back home. I Highly recommend to people who not only enjoy wine, but to learn about other aspect of the industry, from vine to barrel, it’s all include in this wonderful tour.

Wonderfull day
Darlene was great, the weather was good and the wine fantastic. I Will recommend you this tour. Also the group is little, maximum 12.

Great tour - knowledge with great wine and food
Collected from our Airbnb exactly on time. Darlene our host was friendly and professional. At each of the 5 wineries we visited she added that little extra bit of knowledge . Great wines and a lovely lunch (not included). Happy to recommend Hop ‘n’Grape

Great Day
We had a great tour with Darlene as our guide. Visited 5 wineries and a boutique chocolate factory. Had a beautiful lunch at St Clair. Darlene was wonderful and would highly recommend this tour

Amazing guide!
Our guide for the day, Darlene, was absolutely amazing. First, she was extremely knowledgeable about wines and took the time to explain the wine-making process to us at various stops. In addition, she was exceedingly thoughtful to the all guests on the tour, going out of her way to be helpful to anyone who needed it. The wines were great, as can be expected, but Darlene brought the experience to the next level. Thank you!
