I couldnt find any mention of the climb from the car park to the pool. I have an ankle injury and was not prepared to have to climb to get there. There is a way in by road for people who may be in wheel chairs etc but its a performance to do so. The pools are lovely and surroundngs beautiful but cant really see the view of the lake from the pools. Cant quite compete to the standards of Hanmer hot pools but glad to have gone.
The pools need to be little more hot considering there was snow there. The place is very well presented and the check is easy as. The customer service is awesome!
It’s a chlorinated swimming pool, not a spring. We anticipated a natural mineral spring of soothing water. However, what we got was warm man-made, Hot chlorinated water in swimming pools.
It feels like it's all about money in that place, not really about the customer experience. You have to pay extra for pretty much everything, including lockers (really ??!?). Looks nice on the pictures in winter, but in summer it's not that great, and you pretty much dont see the view from the pools, unless you stand, which is a bit of a shame.

Amazing place in winter
Amazing atmosphere & experience at hot pools in cold winter days for sure. And you can enjoy the dark sky to view galaxy while you are in the pool.
