Kia ora, We are so pleased you enjoyed our little sanctuary amid Queenstown’s busyness. With over 20 native species along with the combination of native flora, birdsong, and fresh air it really does make the park a special place to slow down and connect with nature.! It's fantastic to hear you enjoyed learning about species such as the kākā, kea, kiwi, and tuatara. Helping guests understand the challenges these species face in the wild is a big part of our conservation mission. Thank you for your support. Our conservation work wouldn't be possible without visitors like yourself. Ngā mihi, Kiwi Park
We loved the visit! The wonderful displays with lots of audio information and self paced with a map made it easy. The Kiwi Encounter was a highlight along with the Wildlife Show. Definitely worth a visit
Kia Ora, Thank you so much for your kind review! It sounds like you really made the most out of your experience! We're so pleased you enjoyed using our complimentary self-guided audio tour. It's a fantastic way to learn more about New Zealand's native wildlife, conservation efforts, and the history of our family-owned park while exploring at your own pace. Our staff do a great job of making the shows both entertaining and educational it’s great you were able to attend both! Ngā mihi, Kiwi Park
So pleased that we were able to see the beautiful Kiwi close up! Great park, well laid out and very informative staff.
Kia ora, We are so happy you were able to see our beloved native species up close! Thank you for leaving such a kind review. Warm regards, Kiwi Park
We had a great visit to Kiwi Park Queenstown. The highlight was definitely getting to see the kiwi birds up close in the nocturnal encounter such a cool and unique experience. There were also plenty of talkative native birds around, which made the walk through the forest really enjoyable and peaceful. The park itself is set in a beautiful native forest, so it feels more like a nature walk than a typical wildlife park. The bird show was a bit underwhelming as not many birds were featured, but it was still informative and gave a good insight into conservation efforts. Overall, a lovely, easy stop if you’re in Queenstown.
Kia ora, Kiwi really are a fascinating species, and we are so happy you were able to experience them in a natural environment. The nocturnal houses do a great job of making them feel right at home! Our staff are passionate about protecting our unique native wildlife and spreading knowledge on the threats and predators that directly impact them. Thank you for your lovely recommendation, we hope to welcome you back in the future! Ngā mihi, Kiwi Park

Informative
Wonderful little green oasis in the middle of a bustling town. Wonderful combination of native trees and bird song. Very informative; we learned a lot about native birds like the Kaka, Kea, Kiwi…..Also enjoyed seeing a Tuatara close up in an excellent presentation about predators and conservation.
